Alright! I just got my copy of The Open Daybook from the UPS guy, and it looks great! The Open Daybook is a huge hardcover art book with a different image made by a different artist for each day of the year. There are 365 awesome artists in the book, including my pals Jason, Travis, James, that guy Tim, and Anders Nilsen, Mark Todd, and Mark Alan Stamaty(!). It is an awesome book, you can get it on Amazon as well, and there will be a launch party at Printed Matter on December 11 from 5 - 7pm. Below is my drawing for September 20th.

This is one of the drawings (along with some comic work too) that I will have in the group show Party Crashers, which opens tonight at the Arlington Arts Center. It is a great space, and the show has a bunch of really talented comic artists including Jeffrey Brown, Dash Shaw and Gabrielle Bell, so if you are in the area, go check it out!

This is a comic I did for the new issue of Smoke Signal, printed by Gabe at Desert Island. Speaking of comics and Desert Island, don't forget about the Creative Time Comics party happening there tonight. Also, check out this article, this one and this one about the comic project as well.

KING CON AND THE NY ART BOOK FAIR
This coming weekend there are two awesome things going on: King Con at the Brooklyn Lyceum and The NY Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1. I made a new book compiling comics I've done recently, called Small Victories, and that will be for sale at my pal JT Yost's table at King Con and my other pal Jason Polan's table at the Art Book Fair. If you are at either event you should go to those tables and buy one of everything! It will all be great! Here is the cover of the new comic:

They are ten dollars, 68 pages, perfect bound, and can also be bought here or by emailing me.

Woah, this cool event is happening! There are a lot of really great comics in the Creative Time Comics book (here's mine), and Michael Kupperman did an awesome post-apocalyptic Tintin cover. Nice!
